No prior experience is necessary to use our flight simulator. We welcome everyone, whether you're new and need guidance or an experienced pilot looking to enjoy the simulator.

The experience is intended for children who are at least 10 years old, but we are flexible and willing to accept younger children who have a keen interest and aptitude in flying. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult during the experience.

You have the option to choose from our regular routes, and if you prefer, you can also select any other location of your choice to fly in the simulator. We aim to provide both preset experiences and the flexibility to explore new destinations.

You can bring family or friends with you to the experience, up to 4 guests are allowed. However, please keep in mind that only one person can fly the simulator unless you've purchased multiple vouchers.

Should you wish to reschedule the date and/or time of your simulator experience, we
require a minimum notice of 48 hours. However, we cannot assure the availability of your
preferred date and/or time.
